Setting up each student’s schedule is a snap, whether they have the same schedule for the duration of your session or if their schedule changes each week. Easily print and share their schedule with students. Also, each student’s schedule is centrally located so that any of your team members who have permission to view it can quickly check where a student is supposed to be.

Yubie is about simplicity so we have developed a simple, easy way for instructors to take daily attendance for a course. Instructors can mark a student present or absent and they can see if a student is checked into the program and on campus, which allows them to alert administrators that a student is checked in but absent from the course.

Each student has a profile in Yubie that contains their information, photo, housing during your session, schedule, guardian and transportation information, and other various notes. Your team can quickly access this profile to look up info about the student. These permissions are role-based. That means that you can assign staff members to certain roles to either allow or limit them from viewing a student’s information.

From basketball to volleyball, set up all of your activities to make it easy for your staff to check students into any activity. For each student, you’ll be able to see the activities they’ve taken part in via their check in. You can even make an activity called “Dorm” that allows your RA’s or counselors to denote that the student is on campus and in their dorm for the evening.
